Contact you within 5 working days of your enquiry to arrange a survey Undertake a survey within 15 working days of your enquiry Provide you with a written quote within 5 working days of survey Complete the work within 40 working days from receipt of lead

Provide a high level of customer care and deliver a competent, sober and courteous service. |

At survey stage and again at installation stage we will explain the scope and extent of the proposed works including any noise and disruption you or your immediate neighbours should expect. |

Ensure all staff are adequately trained and possess such appropriate certification, skill and experience as is necessary to perform the work. |

Be dressed in a workmanlike and tidy manner with clean overalls or similar clothing clearly identifying the company name. |

Will carry identification badges showing their photograph and clearly indicating the name of the company. |
| |
Will not play radios and other audio equipment during the course of the works. |
| |
Will not smoke inside or adjacent to your home. |

Accreditation
We have all the insurances, health & safety, trade memberships & accreditations, necessary to be able to carry out a first rate job. For full details please download our Certification factsheet. We ensure your job is progressed in a professional and courteous manner. We inspect the installers work and health & safety systems to ensure we continue to deserve our certification. All our fitters have a minimum requirement of NVQ Level 2 as standard.
